The Green Scapular
The Blessed Virgin Mary revealed the Green Scapular to Sister Justine Bisqueyburu, in France, in 1840.
Our Lady promised that there would be many
conversions when this scapular was used with
confidence in her intercession.
The scapular should be blessed a priest. There is no enrollment required.
Daily say the prayer attached to this Scapular. "Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death". This prayer can be said in favour of another.
If the prayer is not said by the person to whom the scapular is given then it should be said by the person who is giving the scapular. It can be worn, or it can be placed in the clothing, on the bed, or simply in the room with the person.
