Miraculous Invocation to St. Therese
O Glorious St. Therese whom Almighty God has raised up to aid and
inspire the human family. I implore your miraculous intercession. You
are so powerful in obtaining every need of body and spirit from the
Heart of God, Holy Mother Church proclaims you "Prodigy of
miracles......The greatest saint of modern times." Now I fervently
beseech you to answer my petition (mention here) and to carry out your
promises of spending Heaven doing good upon earth ... of letting fall
from Heaven a shower of Roses. Little Flower, give me your childlike
faith to see the Face of God in the people and Experiences of my life
and to love God with full confidence. St. Therese, my Carmelite Sister
I will fulfill your plea "to be made known everywhere" and I will
continue to lead other to Jesus through you. Amen.
St. Therese works miracles continually on earth
There was a fishing village which was in danger of starvation because
the fishermen had been very unsuccessful in catching fish that year.
Then one of the boats in the fishing fleet was put under the
protection of Sister Therese as she was then known. (This was well before her
The boat which was put under her protection was amazingly successful
in its catch on the first fishing night that Sister Therese was asked for her
help. The other boats in the fishing fleet did not invoke her
protection. They caught nothing at all.
What are some of the other types of miracles that St. Therese works
She provides money for those who are in (genuine) need, health for the
desperately ill. St. Therese brings sinners to repentance. She also
brings into the Catholic Church those who are outside it.
There is a wonderful miracle which Therese worked in Scotland of
Salving a ship after the expensive efforts of the British navy was a complete
failure. Soldiers in war have been miraculously protected by her.
There are many other types of miracles which she works.
These miracles are the Roses which she promised when she said:
"I will let fall from heaven....a shower of roses".
